Easy, Fresh Salsa

Hey it's Foodie Friday!
I love Cilantro, Tomatoes, and garlic..here's a quick tasty recipe when expected company calls......Cilanto or Coriander is considered an aid to the digestive system. It is an appetite stimulant and aids in the secretion of gastric juices. A poultice of Coriander seed can be applied externally to relieve painful joints and rheumatism. According to Herbs & Herb Gardening by Jessica Houdret, the seeds can be mixed with violets for a remedy for a hangover.
The essential oils of the cilantro leaves contain antibacterial properties and can be used as a fungicide. Coriander seeds is considered to have cholesterol lowering properties
Quick, easy fresh Salsa. Summer is a great time to share this yummy, super easy treat.

1  28 oz can of chopped Tomatoes( I like San Marzano)
4-5 pieces chopped garlic
1 can Ro'Tel   Tomatoes and Green Chilies
2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
1 bunch Cilantro Chopped
In a food processor blend tomatoes, add Ro'Tel. Stir in garlic, garlic powder and 1/2 Cilantro bunch.
Chilling overnight really marinates the flavors, but can be eaten immediately.
Before serving chop remaining Cilantro and toss on top, give a light stir. serve with tortilla chips.
